ISPAD SIG “Mental Health” Survey

Dear colleagues and members of ISPAD Special Interest Group “Mental Health”.

We would like to heartily invite you to take part in a survey about how you integrate mental health issues into your daily diabetes care and practice.

As part of the Special Interest Group (SIG) on Mental Health at the 51st ISPAD Annual Conference in Montreal, we are gathering perspectives from members and colleagues to better understand priorities, needs, and opportunities in the area of mental health and diabetes.

We will present and discuss the results of the survey in our SIG meeting “Mental Health” on Thursday, November 6th, 14:00 - 15:00 at the 51st ISPAD Conference in Montreal.

Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Here is the link to the survey: https://forms.gle/XxFoXT55z6DHmaXUA

We appreciate your time and valuable input very much!

Warm wishes.
Jess Foster, Angela Galler, and Maartje de Wit
