Important Voting Instructions - 2025

An online voting session will take place during the Annual General meeting and will cover three key organizational matters listed in the agenda. Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth and valid electronic voting process.

  • Virtual Attendance

    To ensure fair voting, we recommend that all participants listen to the presentations before casting their vote. You can register for virtual attendance at the ISPAD 2025 Annual General Meeting by completing the form here no later than November 2, 2025, at midnight (EST).
    A streaming link providing access to the live session will be sent to you on the first day of the conference.

    To ensure your participation and voting eligibility, please use the email address associated with your ISPAD membership when completing the registration form.

    The online voting link will be distributed after the presentation of Agenda Item No. 4 and will remain active for 30 minutes. After this time, the voting session will close automatically, and no further votes can be submitted.

Please note that late or last-minute registration requests cannot be accommodated. 

  • In-Person Attendance

    For in-person attendees, a secure voting link will be sent to the email address associated with your ISPAD membership. Please ensure your phone or laptop is fully charged and that you can access your email inbox during the meeting to cast your vote.

    The online voting link will be distributed immediately after the presentation of Agenda Item No. 4 and will remain active for 30 minutes. Once this time has elapsed, the voting session will close automatically, and it will no longer be possible to submit votes.

  • Membership Requirement

    Only ISPAD members are eligible to receive the voting link. Please ensure your membership is renewed in time. The deadline to renew your membership to be eligible to vote is Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at midnight (EST). This requirement is in place to ensure the highest level of integrity and verification before the voting process begins.
